Nolu’s Restaurants, a well-loved dining brand in the UAE known for its warm hospitality and quality food and beverage offering, is hiring for two roles at once — Barista and Waitress. Whether your strength is behind the espresso machine or on the floor delivering attentive table service, Nolu’s wants to hear from candidates who genuinely enjoy hospitality.

Role Overview

As Barista, you’ll prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages to Nolu’s recipe standards, keeping the bar station clean and efficient throughout service. As Waitress, you’ll be front-of-house — greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every table has an attentive, well-paced dining experience. Both roles are hands-on and guest-facing, and candidates are welcome to indicate their preferred position when applying.

Key Responsibilities

• Barista: Prepare espresso-based and specialty beverages to recipe standards
• Barista: Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and bar equipment daily
• Waitress: Greet and seat guests, present menus, and take accurate orders
• Waitress: Serve food and beverages following proper sequence of service
• Handle POS transactions and bill settlement accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining and bar areas throughout service
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned by the shift supervisor

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a barista or waitress in a restaurant or café setting preferred
• A warm, guest-focused attitude with genuine hospitality instincts
• Ability to stay organized and efficient during busy service periods
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Willingness to work restaurant hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player attitude and reliability
• Valid UAE work eligibility or transferable visa status
