Role Overview

As Emirates Cabin Crew, you’ll be responsible for the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of passengers on board, representing the airline’s premium service standards on every flight. You’ll be based in Dubai and fly to a rotating mix of international destinations, working as part of a multicultural crew from over 160 nationalities. Training is extensive and fully provided by Emirates, covering safety procedures, service standards, and emergency response — no prior airline experience is required, though it’s an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers throughout the flight
• Deliver Emirates’ premium in-flight service standards across all cabin classes
• Carry out pre-flight safety checks and demonstrations in line with aviation regulations
• Respond calmly and effectively to medical, safety, or emergency situations on board
• Provide attentive, culturally sensitive service to a highly diverse passenger base
• Work collaboratively with a multinational crew across long and short-haul routes
• Maintain Emirates’ grooming and presentation standards at all times
• Complete recurrent training and safety recertification as required

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum age of 21 at the time of joining
• Minimum arm reach of 212 cm while standing on tiptoes (to reach emergency equipment)
• High school graduate; fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages an advantage)
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform (including short-sleeved dress and swimsuit)
• Physically fit to meet swimming and safety training requirements
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and be based there
• A genuine passion for delivering world-class customer service in a multicultural environment
