Personal Driver

Addmind, the region’s leading hospitality group behind brands such as Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour, White Dubai, Raspoutine Dubai, and Be Beach, is hiring a professional, reliable, and discreet Personal Driver for a Partner of Ushuaïa Nightclub. This is a high-trust position offering the chance to work closely with senior leadership at one of the Middle East’s most dynamic hospitality companies.

The successful candidate will provide safe, punctual, and confidential transportation while maintaining assigned vehicles to the highest standard. The role requires flexibility to accommodate a dynamic schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays — in line with the nightlife and events-driven nature of Addmind’s business.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation

• Safely transport the Partner to meetings, events, airports, residences, and other destinations
• Plan efficient travel routes, factoring in traffic conditions and scheduling changes
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate last-minute schedule changes
• Ensure punctual arrivals and departures at all times
• Assist with luggage, packages, and personal belongings when required

Vehicle Management

• Maintain assigned vehicle(s) in excellent condition, inside and out
• Conduct routine inspections and arrange servicing, repairs, registration, and insurance
• Monitor fuel levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle performance
• Keep accurate maintenance, servicing, mileage, and fuel usage records

Security, Confidentiality & Admin Support

• Maintain the highest level of discretion regarding business and personal matters
• Exercise vigilance and situational awareness for safe transportation
• Coordinate daily schedules with the Personal Assistant and relevant team members
• Deliver or collect documents, parcels, and items as required
• Maintain accurate travel logs and expense records

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving licence with an excellent driving record
• Minimum 5 years’ professional driving experience, preferably as a personal, executive, or VIP driver
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and major destinations
• Defensive driving certification is an advantage
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Professional appearance and excellent etiquette
• Exceptional punctuality, reliability, and discretion
• Calm and composed under pressure, with strong time management skills
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Working Environment

• Primarily based in Dubai with travel throughout the UAE as required
• Flexible schedule aligned with business meetings, nightlife operations, and events
• Occasional airport transfers and long-distance travel
• Frequent work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays
