Service Crew Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers at the counter and dining area with a friendly, professional manner
Take and process orders accurately, including cakes, desserts, and beverages
Prepare simple food and beverage items to presentation standards
Handle cash and card transactions through the POS system
Maintain cleanliness of the service counter, display cases, and dining area
Support smooth service flow during busy periods and weekends

Store Keeper Responsibilities

Manage receiving, storage, and stock rotation of ingredients and supplies
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
Coordinate with suppliers and place orders based on par stock levels
Ensure proper storage conditions and hygiene standards for all stock items
Track expiry dates and minimize wastage through effective stock rotation (FIFO)
Support kitchen and service teams with timely stock replenishment

Requirements

Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or retail store environment preferred
Store Keeper applicants should have prior inventory or stock management experience
Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, team-first attitude
