Key Responsibilities

Prepare espresso-based beverages, filter coffee, and specialty drinks to brand standards
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
Provide friendly, efficient service to walk-in and regular customers
Handle cash and card transactions accurately through the POS system
Monitor and restock coffee, milk, syrups, and consumables as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in line with hygiene standards
Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth, fast service

Requirements

Previous barista experience preferred, ideally within the UAE or GCC hospitality sector
Solid knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art is an advantage
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, professional attitude
