Peach and Passion Cafe, a cozy and popular spot known for its fresh juices, specialty coffee, and welcoming atmosphere, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Juice Maker / Barista to join the team. About the Role
As the Juice Maker / Barista, you will be responsible for preparing fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty coffee beverages to the highest standard, while creating a friendly and memorable experience for every customer who walks through the door. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and cold-pressed beverages following recipe standards.
- Craft specialty coffee drinks including espresso-based beverages with consistent quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juice bar and coffee station at all times.
- Handle fruits, vegetables, and ingredients with proper hygiene and food safety practices.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle cash/POS transactions.
- Monitor stock levels of fruits, milk, syrups, and coffee beans, and inform management when supplies run low.
- Ensure all equipment (juicers, blenders, espresso machines) is cleaned and well maintained.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista, juice maker, or in a similar cafe role is preferred.
- Good understanding of basic coffee-making techniques and juice preparation.
- Friendly, energetic personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality.
- Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Food safety awareness and attention to hygiene standards.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
