We are currently hiring energetic and service-driven individuals for the roles of Barista, Bus Boy, and Waiter at our flagship Dubai location. Key Responsibilities
- Barista: Prepare and present specialty coffee and beverages to Coya’s quality standards, maintain a clean and organized coffee station, and engage warmly with guests.
- Bus Boy: Support the service team by clearing and resetting tables promptly, assisting servers during peak hours, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining floor.
- Waiter: Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly table service, take accurate orders, upsell menu items, and ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain full knowledge of the food and beverage menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and grooming standards set by management.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or lounge preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A polished, professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Candidates already residing in the UAE will be given priority.
