• Handle billing and payment processes accurately, ensuring a smooth and professional close to each visit.

• Collaborate closely with fellow servers, sommeliers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless, elevated service.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Waiter in a fine-dining restaurant or five-star hotel outlet, ideally with exposure to Indian or international cuisine.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• A polished, professional presentation with impeccable table etiquette and service technique.
• Strong product knowledge capability and willingness to learn Jamavar’s menu, ingredients, and culinary philosophy in depth.
• Ability to remain composed, attentive, and graceful during high-pressure, high-profile service.
