Art Vibe Studio and Cafe, a creative hangout in Abu Dhabi that blends art, community, and great coffee, is currently hiring a Barista to join its team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages consistently.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment to hygiene standards.
- Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, community-oriented atmosphere.
- Handle orders, cash, and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized counter and seating area throughout each shift.
- Monitor stock of coffee, milk, and supplies, informing the manager of shortages.
- Support light food and pastry service alongside beverage preparation.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista, preferably in a cafe or specialty coffee setting.
- Good understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and basic latte art.
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to stay composed and efficient during busy periods.
- Well-groomed and presentable in a customer-facing role.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
