Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, one of Yas Island’s flagship entertainment destinations operated by Miral Experiences, is hiring a Food & Beverage Associate to join its front-line hospitality team. As the world’s first Warner Bros.-themed indoor theme park, this destination welcomes guests from across the globe every day, making its F&B team central to delivering a fun, fast, and memorable guest experience across the park’s dining outlets.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Associate, you will work across quick-service and casual dining outlets within the park, serving guests efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and hospitality. The role involves handling high guest volumes, particularly during peak seasons and school holidays, and requires a friendly, energetic approach that matches the fun, family-oriented atmosphere of the park.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests at F&B outlets with a friendly, energetic, and helpful attitude
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Prepare and present food items according to brand and hygiene standards
• Handle cash and card payments accurately, including reconciling till transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, dining areas, and storage spaces
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen handling, and hygiene regulations
• Support smooth guest flow during high-footfall periods and special park events
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for assigned F&B outlets

Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Friendly, guest-focused personality suited to a theme park and family entertainment setting
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Basic food hygiene knowledge; formal certification is an advantage
• Positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for guest service
