Ahead of this launch, the brand is assembling a dedicated pre-opening team across three key roles: Café Manager, Assistant Café Manager, and Barista. About the Opportunity
Joining a pre-opening team means shaping the café’s culture, service standards, and operational rhythm from day one. Selected candidates will work closely with regional management to set up systems, train incoming staff, and ensure the café reflects CBTL’s global brand promise while catering to Dubai’s diverse, discerning clientele.

Café Manager Responsibilities
The Café Manager will oversee full daily operations, from staff scheduling and inventory control to sales performance and guest experience. This role demands strong leadership, the ability to train and motivate a team, and a hands-on approach to maintaining CBTL’s quality and service benchmarks. Experience managing a café or QSR outlet in the UAE, ideally during a pre-opening phase, will be highly valued.

Assistant Café Manager Responsibilities
Supporting the Café Manager, this role focuses on shift supervision, staff coaching, stock management, and ensuring consistency in beverage and food preparation standards. Candidates should be organized, guest-focused, and ready to step into a leadership role as the café scales.

Barista Responsibilities
Baristas will be the face of the CBTL experience, crafting espresso-based beverages, cold brews, and specialty drinks to exact standards, while delivering warm, attentive service. Prior barista experience is preferred, though CBTL invests heavily in training for candidates who show genuine passion for coffee and hospitality.
