Le Petit Belge is known for its warm Belgian-inspired hospitality, relaxed yet lively bar culture, and a menu that blends classic cocktails with creative house specials. As a Junior Bartender, you’ll work alongside experienced mixologists, learning the craft while contributing to a guest experience that keeps people coming back.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving drinks according to the bar’s standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Supporting senior bartenders during peak hours and events
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station
- Engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
- Following all hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Assisting with inventory checks and stock rotation
- Learning new cocktail recipes and techniques as part of ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage, but not mandatory
- A genuine interest in bartending and willingness to learn the craft
- Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude
- Ability to stay composed and efficient during busy service periods
- Team player mentality with a positive, can-do energy
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
