About the role
guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure every visit is
seamless and enjoyable. We value personality, positivity, and a genuine

You’ll work in a lively, team-oriented environment where every day is
different. Whether you’re hosting, serving, or helping behind the counter,
your energy and attention to detail will make a real difference. Full
training will be provided – we’re looking for the right attitude, not
necessarily prior experience.
Key responsibilities
- Guest welcome: Greet every guest with a warm, genuine smile and make them feel at home.
- Order taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when needed.
- Service: Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Table maintenance: Keep dining areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
- Team support: Assist colleagues during peak hours, working together to deliver smooth service.
- POS handling: Process payments accurately and handle transactions with integrity.
- Guest feedback: Respond to guest queries and feedback professionally, escalating when necessary.
What we are looking for
- Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with guests from all walks of life.
- Communication: Excellent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Team player: Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passion: A genuine love for hospitality and making people smile.
