Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and confectionery items.
  • Follow standard recipes and production schedules provided by senior chefs.
  • Prepare ingredients, fillings, doughs, creams, and decorative elements for daily operations.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and quality of all pastry products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations.
  • Properly operate pastry equipment, mixers, ovens, and baking tools.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of inventory requirements.
  • Adhere to HACCP guidelines, food safety regulations, and Hilton hygiene standards.
  • Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Assist with banquet events, special occasions, seasonal promotions, and buffet preparations.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food products.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements
